Socialnetwork bookmarks and RSS submitter

I have few hundred thousand pages/rss feeds on my website, I am wondering if there is a software which I can use to submit those pages to social networking sites.

I want to be able to upload a text file with links and have that software submit it to all the sites.

Possible? good idea? bad idea?

    You can start submitting just a few
    links a day using Bookmarking Demon,
    that's a good software.

    Yes...I don't plan to do so many pages in a short time...but maybe 10 a day to start with and then increase the number.

    I use SENuke, it's very expensive but also very worth it to me. I believe I pay about $127 a month for it, but it works very well and saves a ton of time for me. have to be careful not to overdue it though or you could harm your site.
