Good Ideas... lacking follow through

It seems to me that Finding A Niche and Monetizing a Niche require 2 different skill sets. I personally don't have any trouble finding Niches. I struggle with the follow through required to extract the money from a particular niche.

For example: I picked MIHotels.net a year ago. I know I could probably make money from this domain somehow, yet it just sits there on the shelf along with 30 other would be projects.

I'm a serial project starter and I guess that's what separates the people who are making money from those that aren't =)

Just wondering if there's a way to lean towards my strengths.

Is there a niche inside of IM that's lends itself best to a creative A.D.D. marketer such as myself?

Is there any type of common arrangement by which a Niche Finder can hook up with a Niche Exploiter to partner up?

    If you really can find good niches then couldn't that be your product.
    You could have a limited membership site offering a new niche set each month.
