Click Tracking/Redirect Questions (Pretty Link, Clickmeter...)
Currently, I'm mostly using Pretty Link to redirect and track links (Pretty Link is a WordPress plugin). I really like it, but there's one big issue with it: It counts every bot and crawler coming through as a click. Some of my links can get a dozen or more visits from search engine crawlers in a single day, so this is obviously distorting the data quite a bit, especially on smaller sites.
Is there a good alternative for tracking links and clicks? I had a look at ClickMeter, and it seems to handle the tracking better. However, I don't really find it to be worth the monthly cost...
I'm wondering what other options there are for click-tracking. Any suggestions and tips would be greatly appreciated.
