CoReg Leads- Are they useful and which autoresponders allow use of such leads?

Hi there fellow warriors Hope y'all are doin great!

Anw i just came across the theory of coreg leads (co-registration leads) and find it pretty interesting. It seems like a easier way to build my list as compared to the normal ways of using PPC or solo ads.

I've spent the past few hours on google researching this concept and have several qns which need answering... so hopefully those more experienced list builders on this forum can enlighten me on some of my confusions:

1) What are the responses with coreg leads like, ie. is the unsubscribe rate very high and do they even buy products which we recommend them?

2) I've read that normal autoresponders like aweber, getresponse, and icontact generally forbid the use of coreg leads. So for those of you out there who have successfully built lists using coreg leads and have had great responses from your list, could you recommend some autoresponder services which permit the use of this?

3) Could you recommend some good sources of coreg leads? cuz i'm aware that some coreg services provide leads with lousy quality as the registration process is very vague, and the subsribers dun even know that their email addresses are being given to another list owner.

4) I also checked out getsubscribers.com, which i some form of coreg service provided by getresponse, but only allows you to collect the email addresses in your getresponse account. Has anyone had any experience with their coreg service before, and may i know the quality of their leads which they provide? (ie. conversion and unsubscribe rate)

5) Also, do coreg services apply for niches outside of IM as well? If so, may i know how does it actually work.. ie. Where and how do they actually get people to opt-in to my list? and are the subscribers targeted?

Would really appreciate some help in this area. Pretty confused by this right now

Thanks again fellas!

It's been awhile since I used coreg, but they are very unresponsive. You need a LOT of them to get any kind of money coming in. And you can go ahead and expect a good likelihood of spam complaints. It depends on how fresh they are (that's hugely important!), but also how closely related your offer is to what they coreg'ed for. And also, it's good to know if they have to physically check the box to become a coreg, or if the box was checked and they had to uncheck it to NOT become a coreg. That will directly effect how many spam complaints you get.

I can't help you with any specifics about who to use to deliver your email to coreg's, but it'll be a bumpy ride any way you go. Put on your thickest skin if you try it.

I tried them. They are legit but subscriptions will be heavily weighted
towards countries where nobody has any money: Eastern Europe,
    India, Russia, etc.

Nothing against these countries on my part, btw. From experience
and Skype chatting/emailing with subscribers in these areas it is
my observation that few of them have any resources to buy anything
online. Most "make money" subscribers from these parts of the
world are looking for only free ways to make money.
