FreeTrafficSystem - Adding WP blog as well as submitting articles

Hi,
I've signed up to FreeTrafficSystem[dot]com.
I plan to submit articles there to get traffic driven to my Wordpress site.

On reading the help page at the "How to Get Free One Way Backlinks Virally" section they say that you get 7% more backlinks if you add at least one Wordpress blog to the site.

So my questions are:
  1. Should I add my site that I am trying to get traffic driven towards to the FreeTrafficSystem under "Add Blog"?
  2. If I do should I post the article first on my site and then submit it to FreeTrafficSystem[dot]com?

    Personally, I wouldn't add the site you're promoting to FTS, unless you want to get automatic content to that site. If you add a blog to FTS, they use it to grow their network by allowing other publishers to post articles on it. It depends how much control you want over the site's content.

    Also, you can only add specific blogs to FTS. If your site isn't a blog site on a self-hosted WordPress platform, FTS won't accept it.

    So, in my personal opinion, use FTS to get more traffic by all means, but don't add the blog unless you want automated content.

    If you decide to add it, then yes, post the article on your site and then on FTS.

    Here's an idea I'm using at FTS.

    Create a new WP blog in a folder or a subdomain at your site.
    Then set FTS up to autofeed articles into the new blog.
    This way you get the 7% bonus and new content.
    But be prepared for a portion of the articles to be
    off-topic. Despite their best intentions, off topic articles
    do sneak through their checking processes (same as with
    all the autocontent-supplying services like
    UniqueArticleWizard and ArticleMarketingAutomation).

      Yes, Google will index all the links on all the blogs, just as it would for any other site.

        But wouldn't these blog posts(duplicate copies) be present in other blogs as well? So wouldn't our blogs be considered as duplicate content?

          Have you been tracking your results with FTS? I did and have not found one single back link of more than a hundred they supposedly say I have.

          I even asked the owner of FTS if he could give me proof and he could not even offer me one single URL to show me proof that my back links existed in any article. All he had were lame excuses. What a sham.

          I think this system is a waste of time and a rip off. I'd like to hear what others have to say.

    I use FTS and I have 3 blogs which receive articles from them.

    I do sometimes post an article or two myself to FTS but I find that with the 3 bloggs I can get sufficient backlinks to get any new site I am promoting to page 1 google for competetive keywords.

    I am just now launching a new site and am in the process of setting FTS to generate backlinks to it - it'll take a month maybe 2 - but it will get to page 1

    It's worth noting though, that I am a pro member and get more backlinks than a free member would.

      Good to know that this works so well for you Graham.

      I've been using FTS for a week and I'm already impressed.

      Good to see a Lutonian on here too! I was born in Luton and grew up in Bedford.
