How to "STAMP" PLR Videos?

Can some of you share what tools you use to personalize PLR videos? i.e. put your mesage and business name on the videos?

This depends on what file format the plr videos are delivered in.

Here's a list of which file types are supported by windows movie maker:
File formats supported by Windows Movie Maker in Windows XP

The first thing you should do is check which file type the plr videos are in, and then find a video editing software that supports this file type.

Here is a wikipedia list of different video editing software, ranging from free to expensive:

If you need to watermark a lot of video, you might want to google:
batch video watermarking
and look at some of the solutions that are out there.
