Hi,

Here is who I am currently Hiring based
on the 3 C's Eben Pagan Talks about: (Content, Customers, Conversion)

Content:
1) Video Advertising
2) Backend Videos
3) eBook Writer

Customers:
4) Social Bookmarker
5) Forum & Blog Commenter

Conversion:
6) Autoresponder Person
7) Copyrighter

If I were to OUTSOURCE EVERYTHING, what MAIN outsource work
should be included to this list for my small info product business?

I really need your advice here to HIRE more important tasks.
The problem is I don't know any other important tasks that I
can specifically hire for.

Thanks
BJ

Possibly a VA? The Four Hour Work Week talks about outsourcing anything that's not "worth" your time - answering email, keyword research, and so forth.

As for Content, you could also outsource press releases, blog posts, blog construction, article marketing, squidoo lens building, etc.

That sounds like a good idea ;-D

My advice would be to hire freelancers for outsourcing short-term projects and VAs or other personal staff for recurring or routine work. You may do well to patronize an errand service to take care of tasks you perform locally so that you can devote more of your precious time to actually making money.

I would include outsourcing the following:

SEO - you want to set firm goals and keep on top of your results, but the time involved is very consuming and I have found best left to professionals

Affiliate Management - A good AM team can get you untold amounts of traffic if they know where to find affiliates for your particular niche.

CPA Offer Management - Most merchants have a hard time with CPA networks because they do not understand how to structure their offers to win in this very lucrative space.

PPC - If you manage this yourself, you are probably wasting a good portion of your day. An outsourced PPC firm can (with supervision) and usually will return better results while you are on to building your next product.

        Hope this is helpful

Keyword research, article writing and submission, directory submission, social bookmakring, social networking, link exchange, managing email marketing, answering mail messages, etc.

There is a lot really. Anything that you do not want to do personally you can outsource to someone to have streamlined.

My first thought always comes back to the one area most IM'ers seem to completely overlook.

    Customer service.

If you want to build a business that lasts...if you want people to trust you...if you want your customers to come back and buy additional products from you...

Then you absolutely MUST create raving fans of YOU and your products by delivering top-level customer service at all times.

Now most people hate doing that kind of stuff, but believe me, as this space becomes more and more crowded, your reputation will become increasingly important from a sales standpoint.

So ask yourself this important question:

Do I personally enjoy offering a level of customer service/support that is second to none?

If you do, great! You'll be rewarded a thousand times over for it.

But if it's something you don't like dealing with, then it is absolutely VITAL that you bring someone on board who has a gift for dealing positively with people from all walks of life.

Neglecting this aspect of your business might not necessarily hurt you much initially, but in the long run, it can be the difference between success and failure in an industry where middling products and horrid customer service is far more prevalent than it should be.

    Hi BJ!

    I make a difference between team-outsource and out-outsource (bare with me... I'm just a blond girl )

    In the team, I have:

    va
    web developer
    video
    writer

that covers the bases about pretty much anything I need. When I see an opportunity we are able to move fast.

Then you have a team of link builders, But I don't manage them directly, my va does it.

from there each development has its own needs...

for membership sites, you need a moderator, a tech administrator, customer service, ongoing product development, forum posters.

for sales funnel type sites, you need copywriter, writer, web development. In this case, I use my team and out-outsource a copywriter to check/add over the initial letter.

some sites will need a dedicated team, some will be setup and forget and only need link builders.

some niches will have special needs... I am getting into the Im niche right now, and to do it right i hired a specialist in "teaching", based on some ideas i had.

One thing I don't outsource is keyword research... learnt that from Howie Schwartz. The keyword research done right will tell you if you have an opportunity there or not... nobody can take those decissions for you.

    RDG :p
