Hello! I cannot access & use Clickbank - please, help!

Please, I need your help.
I want to use Clickbank.com, but cannot since my country is not accepted in the list of Clickbank's countries!
But I've heard somewhere this problem can be solved.
- For this I have somehow to set up a US based address so that I can have access to Clickbank.
However, I do not know where to start ...and what I should do... Please, can anyone guide me?
