I just tried completing a payment through a vendor using my credit card and got this message from paypal: "The PayPal site is currently experiencing technical difficulties with our credit card processor. We are working to solve this problem as quickly as possible. Please return to the PayPal website later to complete your transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

Anyone else having this issue?

    Just checked one of my sites, and it's working. In fact, I just had an order go through about 5 minutes ago.
