How to sort these keywords?

Hey guys, Im going to be doing 2 mini authority sites in the government records/ pregnancy niches. I bought keyword research and researched myself and now I have over 600 potential keywords. My question is, how to tell if a keyword is a buying keyword or not. Meaning, if I dominate the front page of google for that keyword, what are the chances of the visitor buying from the site, alot of these keywords are more about information then "buying". Im sorry if this dosnt make sense, maybe I can show someone some of these keywords and they can help me.

      If the keywords are directed towards PPC, then you might look at a few of your potential competitors to see what vein their keywords are in. Plenty of free software out there to do a competitive check up.
