Hey Guys.....

Anyone else having issues with Market Samurai today? I have not been able to get the SEO Comp or Title Comp stats to show up at all.

I have placed a support ticket and all, but I'm not sure whether its an issue with me, or if it's a all-around issue.

Any assistance would be highly appreciated!!

Much Success,

KateD

I've had a weird issue whereby when I create new tabs of keyword it won't allow me to generate a new rank tracker on the new keywords.

I made a video of the issue and sent it to support.

Kate, I've just been fighting with MS for the past hour trying to get competition and title info for my keyword list. I came here to see if anyone else is having this problem and saw your post. So you're not alone. I wonder if it's just a temporary glitch at Google.

EDIT: Hmmm. Just tried the same search in Micro Niche Finder. It's giving me 0 for competition for every phrase, some of which get 50,000+ searches a month. I think it's something going on with Google.

MS, Keyword Blue Print, Article Idea (that uses Google), ALL of them have not been working for me since yesterday, AND when I go to Blogger, Google asks to verify my account...

            What is going on?

I've been hearing issues with a new update .38...which is odd as I've still got .34 and it is set to autodetect updates...I've opened a support ticket...nothing so far...has anyone else had that issue?

Google has just changed the way it displays search results.
all the tools that pulls data from google have to adapt to the new system.
expect slow to no performance for the next couple days.
And go easy with those floods of support tickets.

      Ah. That explains it.

      Thanks

All the software companies should sent out an email warning their clients or they'll be SWAMPED with support tickets.

So what's a good temporary solution until this issue gets resolved?

Folks, any tool that relies on Google's SE right now is going to be fubar
with the recent changes so be patient. I'm sure the product creators will
      have things straightened out shortly.

        Steve,

I appreciate the comment, but when you have dozens of niches to work on (ie. thousands of keyword phrases to analyze), doing it manually woud be the last resort.

But...it may be one that I have to take until things are back to normal.

Hmm I suspected it was probably Google that was stopping it from working. However, at first I thought it was the update because I downloaded the MS update and as soon as I did the SEO comp data stopped working.

Then I realised it was most likely Google, and I decided to look here for a thread on the problem as I figured it was probably happening to everyone else too!

Anyway, I'm sure they're hard at work on a fix for the problem!

              I hope so.

Well, MS is still generating the keyword phrases and search volumes. Is there a tool (that still works) that can automate the processof checking for the amount of competing results in Google's search engine?

It's working for me OK but I did notice that the domain age for all the competing sites is about 2 years off.
