Suggestion - Outsource a support on my product

I have a product for sale.
And does anyone know of a good reputable company who will take on the support questions and troubleshoot as best they can with the problem?

Basically I will provide the product to the support person with known isues, workarounds etc...
Then that support person will handle all EMAILS relating to problems.

Does anyone recommend or provide this service?
And how MUCH does this typically cost?

    There is quite a few companies out there offering product support.

    Bought a WSO some time ago where the owner was selling his products on CPA networks. The support required too much time, so he oursourced it and that almost killed his business.

    Support means everything.
    Bad support = bad product = bad company.

    It all comes down to the support.

      There are some similar types of software also, but you shouldn't depend on them. Most renowned companies who offer the service are verticalresponse.com or emailreplies.com.
