getting you money back on a bad item

so i bought somthing a clickbank product and im not happy with it i wrote the product vender for a refund and clickbank it has been 4 days and know one has worte me back any one have any ideas i can try to get my money back thanks for your help

    If you request a refund through clickbank - you will get it. Be certain you used the right method to submit the request.

    I don't if CB answers or not - but they will refund the purchase.
