hehe pretty cool thread title hey:p

Ok I'm no expert, and I'm not a guru. I'm not making thousands and but that's not the point. Because I make money regulary and you dont! (not trying to be mean)

Look I'm tired and I want to go to bed after working....but before I do, I want to say something.

I've noticed a lot of "been trying for 2 years and not making any money" type threads lately and I feel your pain because that was me not too long ago and I know it can be really heart breaking having this dream with no set path, no success, no idea where or who to turn to.

But I woke the hell up and realised my mistakes that this wasnt going to be easy, wasnt going to happen in a few months and started following a proven method and working my ass off and the money is coming in every single day!


This is for newbies who are stuck, have too many ebooks they could open up a digital library in NY...yet are trying to make their first few dollars....

Would you be happy for now to make $1 a day? Or a regular $10 a week?

Better than nothing right? Would that motivate you to keep going and work on improving that figure? I'd say so right? Well keep reading...


So I'm going to try and help you now.


Trust me when I say that you need to focus on 1 thing for now!

and it might shock you but...

Almost all making money models work!

Unfortunately Its generally the users fault if they fail. Is there a lot of crap and scammers out there? Yep plenty but are you telling me that..

Adsense doesnt work? - It sure does!
You cant be an affiliate and make money? - You sure can!
SEO doesnt work or it's too competitive? Nope you're wrong!

Of course you know all the above methods work, you're not an idiot. So why cant you make them work, that is the question?

You need to focus, work hard, and I mean work every day on your site. Internet marketing isnt rocket science. It just takes a lot of work or money. If you want a push button solution, it doesnt exist! PPC is the closest thing to a magic button yet don't bother with it for now.

Dont believe me? Go try it...and when you lose your $200 bucks come back so we can start working on some free methods.

Ok lets get back on track.

So you need to choose a proven method, there are many out there. Adsense, affliate marketing, list building, sell a service whatever you want.

The problem most people really have is getting traffic to their site that buys your product or clicks your ads or signs up to your offer.

How do you ensure that you will get traffic and converting visitors?

Easy! Actually its piss easy!

It all starts with keyword research.

I use this tool Google.

Find buying keyphrases that relate to your site. Anything like "X for sale", "cheap X" "X reviews" or sometimes just the name on its own will do. For example nobody would search black leather wallet unless they wanted to buy one...well most people anyway

Then what you do is do SEO around those terms.

I cant explain how to do this all here but do your research if you dont know how.

Watch all the videos and then do what it says. Its not hard, its not pretty, its not going to make hundred dollar bills fly into your paypal account but it will work slowly.....get it?

It may take 12 months, it may take 24 months to make a fulltime income.

So what?:confused:

Do you want to work for 12-24 months and quit your job or keep working 9 to 5 for the next 50 years of your life? Thats right 50 fricken years if you're a young one, how depressing would that be?. Can you handle that?, well its the truth if you dont do something about it!

The system I outlined WORKS for everyone. t's not the best method,its nothing new, its not the fastest way and its not the most profitable. But it works! It works! It works! Understand? Yes even for you.

So go make your first dollar and when you wake up every morning and your account keeps showing money and its getting larger every month, you're going to be living your dream in no time!

    I tend to agree with you Ernie. This stuff does take work and its really easy to get side tracked or discouraged. My experience is that you need to focus on one thing at a time until you can hire a team to help you.

    Your offer can be just ok but without traffic, you won't get anywhere. It's out there and you just need to work for it.

    hey, thanks for the post ernie. That is one thing I had to realize (TAKE ACTION). It literally determines whether or not you will succeed online. I know when I first started out I wanted to know everything but sometimes knowing everything stops you from taking action and leads you in many different directions. So just take one thing for now and WORK it out!

        Ernie, I have to tell you. From time to time, I'll put up some cheap blog in
        a non IM niche, put some Adsense on it, write an article and point people to
        the blog, maybe make a video too, do some tweeting and social bookmarking
        and even with that piss poor effort (all of maybe an hour out of my day)
        I'll sometimes pull $25 to $50 by the end of the month in Adsense money.

        Yes, you can even be an almost total screwup and still make money in this
        business.

        Heck, I've even made money selling something that I knew 99% of the people
        out there wouldn't want. Not much mind you, but I made over $350 from
        this product that I consider a total failure.

        In fact, I've yet to find anything that, with just a little effort, won't give
        you at least something.

        Now, find something that is solid and REALLY put the required time and
        effort into it and I can't see it not turning into at least a grand a month
        within 6 months.

        Hell, if people would just concentrate on building several 1K sites, they
        could hit a 6 figure income with just 10 of them.

        10.

        If the day ever comes that I completely stop making money online, I'll
        dig the grave personally and jump in.

        It's not that hard.

        Problem is, most people have ZERO patience and so when they don't see
        that money start coming in on day 3, they give up.

        There are more ways to make money online than I'd even want to bother
        listing in this thread because I'd be here all day...and they all work.

        1. Pick a model...any model.
        2. Read a basic, well respected book on the subject.
        3. Put it into action.
        Yes, it's that easy.

        Oh, and one other thing. Don't pick a model where you're going to have
        to do something that you either can't do or can't afford to outsource.

        For example, if you can't write your way out of a paper bag and don't
        have money to spend, DON'T go into article marketing.

        You'll be wasting your time.

        Pick something YOU can do.

          Thats so true hey Steve, very easy to make some money online. and once you make some, just keep doing more of what you did to make it. It' amazing how hard people make this IM thing (I'm very guilty of this!) when its not that complicated. I mean if people know the basics like making a blog, writing articles, basic seo etc, they are half way there already.

          By the way thanks for the kinds words, you're partly responsible for things changing for me. I wanted to prove you wrong so badly and make ya proud

    See that's what happens when you work the crazy hours I do. I work at night and sleep during the day.....it messes with ya mind and without much sleep sometimes I just go right out and say/type what I really feel .

    Thank You! Action that is what it is all about!! Reading all this stuff gets you ummm well read.

    Making some money will inspire you to make more. My first money making site is a micro micro mini niche put up about 6 or 7 years ago optimized for an extremely targeted market. I don't touch it ... actually never have and don't go there because I would waste my time making it look better. Why would I not want to make it better? Because it works bringing me about $100 a month ... not much but I don't have to do anything to get people there.

    Point is making one small site that functioned properly and made some money inspired me to get other sites up and running making more money. But I had to take action first.

    Thanks for helping get people out of the read what others know mode and into the world of sharing what they know! Along the way they are sure to profit.

      Your welcome. You see I made this thread not to show off a signature link, not to improve my reputation (I'm not even in the make money online niche anymore) but simply to help the newbies who are lost and stuck where to go and who think IM is quick and easy.....because it's not!

        but one other lesson that I had to learn a while back was "The Money's in Numbers" and by that I mean numbers of sites.

        I made the mistake of building one website and thought I'd done a great job BUT it didn't start to make ANY money at all. Guess What? - I stopped!

        aaaargh!!!!

        I don't use automatic sitebuilders or anything like that but I can have a site up and running with content in about two hours tops from buying the domain. If that site doesn't make me anything that's what it cost me - 2hours and 6/7 bucks.

        I put it to one side and gradually got some back links to it and you know what? eventually it does start to make a little.. Adsense the odd affiliate sale, whatever.. I just did a quick inventory and my worst earning site is doing about $20 a month.. But that now is EVERY month and it will only go one way! (you'd take $20 every month wouldn't you for about 3 hours work ONCE?)

        I've currently got 56 and most of them do much better than that!

        motto is (well mine anyway...) - Keep Building!

        (see my post about domain names for $3.99 - my stock is just about to increase faster whilst it's so cheap..!)

    Dang Ernie! Don't Do That, you'll end up killing half the people in the forum

    Nyahh..Kidding...

    Well, that's right. Focus on one thing..and have patience to stand by it..After a month or two (yes, for us not so sharp folks it takes that much time) it will start
    to give you consistent cash. From there you can improve it and leverage.

    Once you've mastered the thing and gained enough confidence, you can grow towards more profitable things..but remember, you can only run when you've mastered walking.

    So, if you have to start with adsense just to get a feel of how to make money online then by all means do it until it succeeds. Don't jump ship, don't give up..otherwise you'll be a jack of all trades master of none. You'll know hundreds of ways to make money but you'll not make any.

    Stick with something small. Master it. Earn from it. Live it. Then move into something bigger when you've outgrown what you have.

    This is doing it without a mentor. If you have a mentor (someone who really makes money) then follow his instructions to the letter. That is, if you can afford one.
