site flipping question

if youre into site flipping, do you use a reseller hosting or the vps hosting would do just fine?

im a complete newb when it comes to flipping sites so i need help here.

    I've never flipped a single site, but Im sure the sellers have their own hosting, so it wouldnt matter in the end what you have.

    I use reseller for some sites but also use shared hosting for others. I transfer the site to their host when I sell it so it doesn't really matter what you use if you offer that service.

    It only matters if you are going to be offering hosting, if you are then you should have a reseller site so each buyer can login in to their own seperate cpanel.

      let me clarify..so when i offer to host the site for several months, then i should go for the reseller hosting? otherwise, shared hosting would do just fine if i plan to push the site upon selling it. do i understand you both correctly?
