How do you add the flaming folder icon?

Does anyone know how you add the 'flaming folder' icon and embolden your headlines when doing a WSO?

    I think you can only see that when a certain amount of people have posted to a thread, or if there is alot of 'activity' going on...

    There are two ways, but I wouldn't advise the first as I discovered that monitors tend to crack when you apply blowtorches to them. However, the second method is to get enough people commenting on you WSO - once it hits the magic number (used to be 20 and maybe still is) that folder combusts.
