How to Code Drop Down Menu is Wordpress...? Help!

I'm having trouble figuring out how to code a drop down menu in wordpress... Anyone have any experience with this? I'd greatly appreciate it!!

I found someone on freelancer.com who did a great job for $30 - was fairly complex CSS.

There isn't any specific method just for wordpress, you should find WP theme that already has drop down menu or change existing theme html code.
Search google for "drop down menu dhtml".
