    You can use a Wordpress plugin like Page_Lists_Plus. You will then be able to redirect the link to any url you want.

        I have installed the plugin already, then in my dashboard page, I selected the htmlpage then put the name of the html file in the text box intended for it.

        I updated it and when I viewed the page, it didn't work.

        Do I miss something?
