NoDoFollow is a great little addon for firefox. once installed you just right click on a webpage to highlight all the links as either do follow(blue) or no follow(pink).

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5687/

that's the direct download page for it.

I have tried to install this plugin multiple times and every time I get a pop up telling me to get Firefox. I have not used anything else in years, but I can't install this plugin to save my life. I even reinstalled Firefox to see if that would work and it didn't. I wrote to the author, and got no response. I can't get any response from Mozila. Sure would have liked to install it, but what you gonna do?

The only thing I can think of would be admin rights on vista used to cause me issues installing or updating programs.

Try running firefox by right clicking on the shortcut icon and press 'run as administrator' Then try installing the addon not sure if this will work but worth a shot.

If I were you, I'd look at the Quirk SearchStatus FireFox Addon at: SearchStatus | Firefox SEO Toolbar Extension

Once installed Quirk SearchStatus sits unobtrusively at the bottom of your FireFox browser on the status bar. For every site you visit, you can instantly see the: Google PageRank, Google Category, Alexa popularity ranking, Compete.com ranking, mozRank and of course, if it's no follow or do follow. It also gives you instant access to Whois, Keyword Density, Backward Links, plus much, much more. It's a great time saver!

I'll have a look at that sound like its going to save a bit of space on my browser. Think I like with NoDofollow is that even on site that are clsed as no follow they still have some do follow elements (e.g. blog comments) which NoDOfollow picks up on and highlights.
So its not just the the websites overall follow status but the individual link.
