I'm drawing a blank . . .how would you track this?

I'm setting up a spreadsheet to track the revenue sources for my different sites.

Each site has it's own tab, where I track where the revenue comes from by month. That's good.

But I want to set up a summary page for all the sites and I can't think how to set it up.

If I have one site per row, I could track total revenue by month in the columns, but I'd also like to see the individual revenue types as well.

What would be the best way to set it up so that I could graph it?

    Would 3d formulae help?

3d formulae allow you you to combine data from different worksheets
    e.g
=SUM(Sheet1:Sheet4!A2) would add up A2 data from worksheets 1-4 and display the result on a summary worksheet

    Google "3d formula excel"
    Hope this helps

as above by Kev is one way that can answer part of your question, but to do what you want you will need to add more sub columns before the month totals / year total to cater for the different revenue streams, these additional columns could be set to a macro / and or filter type set up to hide when not required, or you could add a drop down type variable option that would show a revenue stream on demand when selected or the months total.

Once that set up was completed creating the graph is more a point click fill in the blanks / easy enough to do as it will read your data as above.
