Linking to My Own Salespages on EzineArticles - Allowed?

I tried searching for the answer to my question, but couldn't find the exact problem I'm having...

I have a generic domain name that I plan to sell my own reports and ebooks with. The main site will be a blog about the overall niche, and the sales pages for the products will be in subfolders...for example, the first product's salespage will be at www.genericniche.com/mini-niche1/index.html

I plan to do article marketing for the various products I plan to sell. My question is, will EzineArticles think that I'm promoting these products as an affiliate and reject any articles I point to these pages? I'm afraid they will think they are redirects or something...Is it even okay to link to a salespage at all in an EzineArticles article?

Honestly the best way to find out is to submit some articles and let Ezinearticles.com make the decision.

However, You can link to a salespage if your are the owner of the domain. If the editors at Ezinearticles.com don't allow the link because they think it is a sub-domain redirect (which they don't allow) simply send them a quick note telling them you own the product and that it is not a redirect and they will accept the article.

    Respectfully,

I can't open your link. But you can try it yourself. It depends on the person who reviews your article. If they don't approve your article, they will say something like: Your article has been placed in problem status for linking to a page consisting primarily of advertising and/or your landing page does not contain enough informative content.

My articles have been rejected many times because of my landing page. When I come across this situation, I will link to a page which is not a landing page but also includes my affliate links. And the articles which my url derict to is more informative.

Sometimes they approve my landing page, that's good, because my landing page has the highest conversion rate. If they don't approve, I will just link to another page which is more informative.

You can send them to a top level directory no worries, and also to subdirectories (or other pages) as long as they aren't redirected affiliate links.

Normally this page will be a presell page.

However the only way to really know is to submit it.

I have had some subdomain affiliate forwarded pages approved in the past!

As far as I know, you action is allowed in EZA. However, according to the guidelines of EZA, it is forbidden to link to your Affiliate URLs directly.
