its a guy that basically put his entire multi-million dollar business model on a napkin...at least thats what I saw....he basically explains all the stuff to you from his business model based on what he draw on that napkin (btw really good content you should watch the videos) and then makes you an offer for a more detailed course on his business model

He took 100 members a few weeks back and it was priced at $1997. From all I've heard the content is *great*.

Saw the video and yes, the process is a good one - not that much different from traditional funnel system where you get people to buy low-end products first and then work your way up the value chain with emphasis on continuity.

Not really new, but very well explained by Ryan and he's got the achievement and reputation to back it up.

All of that said, where 98% of IM'ers will fall flat on their face (as with any business model) is understanding that they FIRST have to have identified a solid business idea, identified demand and understand how to position their content and/or products/services to meet that demand.

Throwing mis-guided or crappy products into a cadillac system will still result in a lost race.

There's an old marketing saying that if you can't explain your business model on a napkin sized piece of paper then you really don't know your business that well.

Be careful though. One guy lost his life savings because he misread a spot of ketchup.

you can create your own system by trail and error. use your brain, think of all the ideas for your business and write them down, link them and do it again. tweak the system. just because he sells you his model doesn't mean you can make it work.

As mentioned the concept is derived from the old adage about being able to solve business (or any other conundrums) on the back of a napkin. Over the years I have cracked many an advertising strategy or creative brief on the back of napkins or more often than not on the back of split beer mats

The napkin concept is particularly in vogue because of a recent book:

Amazon.com: The Back of the Napkin: Solving...Amazon.com: The Back of the Napkin: Solving...

written by a guy called Dan Roam, it's pretty good you should check it out.

It comes very highly recommended by, amongst others, the wonderfully warm and friendly "tubby nerd" himself, Ed Dale.

If its good enough for him, I'm sure many warriors will benefit.

He's released it a while back. It's great content - but way overpriced in my opinion.

When applied properly, the ROI you'll get from this system will reward you many times over. If you sincerely think it's overpriced then it's certainly not for you
