Best IM Software to Increase Traffic and Sales?

Okay so if you had unlimited funds to buy any IM software program this week that would propel your business ahead the furthest in the shortest amount of time, which one would it be?? I've debated a bunch of them over the last few months and never pulled the trigger.

Looking for ANY software/program that would help me to better market my website beyond what I already do (which is everything I've read on the Warrior Forum and can do myself or hire out - adwords, blogging, article writing, press releases, social media, every other site possible)...BUT I don't use any software except Keyword Rockstar and Traffic Geyser.

I'm in a challenge with some other marketers so really need to pull something big here and beat them. I HATE to lose.

What would you suggest I buy??

      Jenn,

If it were me, I'd focus on some type of split-testing or multi-variate testing. It doesn't matter how much traffic you can get to your site, if it's not making you sales.

Say your site is making a lousy 0.1% conversion rate. If you can do some headline testing and find a new headline that raises the conversion rate to 0.3% (which is still pretty low), your sales have tripled.

I just found a new headline for an old site of mine through testing that has increased the monthly sales by 600%.

Alot of people like Google's testing tool b/c it's free but even if I didn't have my own testing tool that I sell, I would still go the route of a paid tool. I like keeping my testing data (and business data for that matter) private.

Once you start getting good conversion rates, then it's time to start driving more targeted traffic. That way you're not wasting all of that extra traffic on a badly converting sales page.

      Hope that helps,

      Mike

P.S. If you're not good at writing your own sales copy, then I'd suggest buying a book on copywriting to improve your skills instead. That's also a critical skill for online businesses and it's the most expensive thing to outsource if you can't do it well yourself. There's a sticky in the copywriting sub-forum of recommended copywriting books.
