Feedback on PayPal Alternatives.

I have been offered an opportunity to have major input and design into a new platform or concept for a merchant solution similar to PayPal, etc.

I would like some feedback from people who are doing a fair amount of volume with these services and have suggestions for improvement, options for one time vs. recurring billing, etc.

"Lower fees" is not acceptable feedback, we all know that!

Take a minute and really let me know what you'd like to see available.

    and make it possible so people who dont want to sign up dont have to enter shed loads of information just to get a 7 dollar ebook

      The people at Paypal are as helpful as they can be. The problem is, there is just so much they can do with all the flaws in their system.

      Please be sure to take care of one of the biggest concerns I, and everyone else, reads about on this forum. Fix it so that when the buyer lands on the purchase page, everything is locked down so that links and payment amounts can't be changed by the buyer. It would go a long way in saving commisions and payouts to sellers who have worked so hard to earn their money.

        Good customer support that actually gets answered by a human would be good. Oh and answers to customer questions rather than 'sorry not sure why it did that!'.
