Hey Sam,

This one isn't exactly as you described but I like it a lot and there are a variety of options. The plugin is called PhotoGalleryCreator and you can see one example of it on a blog I built for a client here: Senior Portraits | TakeBetterPhotosNow.com

The actual website for "PGC" is here: PhotoGalleryCreator - Free Flash Photo Galleries
