I am wondering if anyone knows who is the biggest offline instructor.

The head honcho, the big cheese, the green giant of offline...

Thanks,

Thanks Jay. I know of David Preston as well but thought he was done teaching.

Well, let's break down the issue:

Q: If you already know how to market online, do you need an
"offline guru" to teach you how to do that?

    A: probably not.

Q: what then would you want to know from an "offline guru"?

A: probably how to sell services to businesses.

Q: Like how to sell consulting services?

    A: yes, probably.

You might look at Alan Weiss and other author/gurus who specialize
in selling the concept of making a 7-figure income as a consultant.

      Jay Abraham?
      Clayton Makepeice?
      Ferris Bueller?

Are you talking about folks that have produced millions in sales for their offline customers, or who just want to "help set up" an online presence?

      Big diff...

Are you looking for the biggest....or the best? Like most niches, there usually is a difference....
Are you looking for over all biggest / best, (like a Dan Kennedy or Dan Hollings type) or the biggest / best on the WF?
What aspect of offline marketing are you looking to learn? A to Z or just certain parts like local seo or presenting local seminars? Are you looking for best consulting practice...or hands-on, do it yourself info?

I ask because some excell in certain areas more than other areas....

Beside Andrew Cavanaugh & Maria Gudelis...who are well rounded in all aspects of offline....there is Andrew Patrick (AP)
For more targeted portions of offline there is Scott Gallagher, who excells in local seminars & local seo techniques.....or if your looking for consulting techniques...I'd look up michael hiles...
    What are you looking for?

    Thanks,
Andrew Cavanagh and I are co-founders of OfflineBiz.com - as far as I know it's the largest community of "offline biz" members. We have 6,000 with id's and passwords to our forum and a mailing list of nearly 10,000. There may be bigger out there, but those are our stats.

    Hey Thomas,

I'm interviewing warriors who work with offline businesses right now.

I have about 12 warriors speaking to me that do this, so there are quite a few around here.

Obviously I do this myself too and have been working with offline businesses for over 7 years, but I wouldn't call myself the big dog or anything so self-centered.

Andrew and Jim do have a great paid membership site and are definitely worth speaking to about this subject (unfortunately Andrew didn't want to be interviewed with the other people I asked as his information is mainly available only to paying customers so he's not included in current research into what people are doing)

Who has posted the most WSO or who gives the best training that help the most people succeed?

Not sure if this is still relevant or not but I've learned a lot from WillR who I believe works mostly in mobile marketing. Also John Durham is known in the offline section as the go to guy for telemarketing.

I can't believe that nobody has mentioned Tim Castleman! WTF!

He might not be multimillion etc but his stuff is pretty clever and he's real.

      I also like Jamie Garside...

And anyone that says "but these guys are small potatoes compared to Blah Blahblahblahblah", I say, "yeah but my guy still remembers what it was like to be poor".
