Clickbank - Refund Rate

I'd appreciate some advice

I've been using this tool Free PHP Scripts for Internet Marketing.... in order to find out Clickbanks return rate (I know you can't get an exact return rate but this is just initial research)

When I run some of the figures through the tool I come up with a figure like this
Refund Rate: -22.81% others will show like
Refund Rate: 6.67% still others show return rates like
Refund Rate: 0.33%

I don't understand the difference between the return rates with a minus in front of them and those without a minus

Also can I assume that a refund rate of 0.33% is extremely low - I understand the average is in the region of about 10%%

    Well, I just ran one of my products through the calculator and it was way off. I'd really need to see the guts of the tool but I think they are making some faulty assumptions.

    If the seller is offering multiple products from the same account it will skew things.

    If you are getting really high or negative numbers then that is most likely the case.
