Killer Viral Video Inside: Can You Crack The Viral Video Code...?

Here's a video that has one powerful element of a viral video.

In this case it's humor and I have to warn you there is a stack of foul language in this...

Now here's an exercise.

How could you use this video to create traffic to your site or enhance the experience for visitors to your site?

How many crazy ways can you come up with for using a video like this.

Looking at a video you DON'T own in this way and coming up with ideas can help you get your thinking outside the box because you have no attachments whatsoever to the video or what it can do for you.

Then you can start applying some of the ideas you get to your own videos.

Kindest regards,
Andrew Cavanagh

    Robin Williams is pure genius.

His description of golf is beyond what most normal folks could possibly
    envision.

I think he would have made a great copywriter.

Andrew, thanks for sharing this absolutely inspiring performance.

Now I have to go to the bathroom because I can't stop laughing and I'm
    about to have an accident.

To be honest, I don't think anybody can predict what videos will go viral. Nobody would have guessed that some of the most viral videos (such as Star Wars Kid, Dance of Evolution, Numanuma) will actually become soooo viral. And some videos which people think will go viral end up not going so viral...

I agree with you on this.

But I also think it's very valuable to think through different ways to add value to your site by using video content.

There are many, many ways of using video that can enhance your visitor's experience.

And if that positive experience is related to a video then they're likely to tell their friends about it.

Let me give you just one example.

On my copywriting blog I have several comedy videos that dramatically educate about different copywriting principles.

The videos themselves have NOTHING to do with copywriting but I make the connection for my readers in the blog post.

So I've taken some very funny videos and turned them into content for my site.
