    yeah, i have used guru.com. It's on a par with Elance. Both safe to use with plenty of options in terms of providers.

    I have used those websites when I didn't know how to find my targeted writers. But then later afterwords I found outsources with even more quality and more low cost in the past years. You could find people searching for work on Facebook or Orkut or any other social network.

        I use them and the standard rate is around $10 to $20 per articles which I think is quite good if you can get hold of writers with great reviews and possibly have some great samples to show you.
