How many products should I promote and which pages?

Hello warriors;
I have a website about diet. I am promoting a product for affiliate earnings.
I want to ask you some questions my friends?

1- My website has about 50 pages. So how many products should I promote?
2- Should I promote different products for each page? For example, I have some topics such as atkins diet, southbeach diet, diabetic diety etc.. Should I promote atkins diet book in atkins page and promote soutbeach diet pills on southbeach diet page etc...
3- If I should promote just one product in my website, can I use that advertisement for all pages?

    I would suggest promoting 1 product only because the users who are going to read multiple articles of yours are going to lose credibility when they see you promoting multiple products.

    Promote 1 product with steady traffic,

    then once you got it create a sales funnel rotating them around..

    First you need to structure your site with good Silo to theme up your site. So it makes your site to easier for the search engine to know about your site (including every single pages) and same time give better ranking.
