INTERNET MARKETING

Does anyone care to share how they submit their RSS feeds to rss directories ?

Is there a service or software that you recommend, or do you prefer to use an outsourcer or VA for manual submissions ?

I am having an outsourcer do mine currently, but interested in other methods that might be used.

2) feedage.com (this one allows you to submit every time you update your blog)
