I'm Seeking Another FILIPINO Source of "Oursourcing" Any Suggtions?

We like working with FILIPINOS for outsourcing the usual stuff. (backlinking, articles, social mktg, landingpages, etc. ) I simply need a couple more people ... care to refer any? It's always best to use those that are referred by others.

I do know how to spell suggestions...have any?

    From looks of it is free to use. No restrictions on who can sign up-unlike bestjobs.ph.
    I have yet to use it.
    Those offering their services have prices ranged from $1hr up.

    Thanks for your suggestions. However, I'm seeking individual filipino workers that others have used that can be recommended. I will not hire a company who pays their workers to do outsourcing. I prefer dealing directly with the individual worker.

    Good to know that you love working with Filipinos like us. =)

    As I always say, Staff leasing is better than freelance work because leased staff are permanent workers of a company and are easy to reach in case you need them. Freelancers do not have employers so they do as they please and sometimes cannot be contacted for various reasons.

    For the most part, freelance work entails irregular working hours. Although a little pressure motivates the freelancer to keep

    up, the quality of work expected is compromised. Since freelancers are self-employed, they are naturally in the pursuit of more projects to sustain them. As this is a good motivation, it also limits the freelancer to devote all his mind and time to a project.

    I know that someone already recommended odesk.com. But I would like to suggest Odesk.com too, because I heard that some of the Providers are willing to work directly with you as you preferred. Plus Odesk providers have profiles set-up where you can see who will be the best for the job. Good Luck!!!

    If you are asking for individual recommendations -- I'm not sure how easy that would be -- as probably the people with good employees want to keep good employees? I don't think they'd just tell you?

    Looking at some of the outsourcing sites and finding who works well for you, as others have mentioned, might be the best route.
