Tip #3 The Jumping Exercises- Before aimlessly jumping around attempting to improve your vertical jumping ability, you should attempt certain exercises that have been proven to help your vertical leap. A few basic types of exercises include squats, lunges, toe raises, and step ups. These should be the foundation of exercises that you work on while improving your vertical leap. |
