Twitter guide or ebook question?

I was wondering what is the best avenue to post jobs using twitter?
(My brothers company is hiring people for his it company)
is there an ebook that a warrior knows of or wrote on this subject?
if so, I am very interested.
any help would be great - thanks in advance.

I do not know of any ebooks written on this topic yet.

job title

for example

#jobs Sr .net developer sql C# in St Louis, MO

You can also use sites like Job Search, Careers and Employer Tools | Social Media Recruiting
to further your exposure.

Search for tweets that are looking for jobs or any of your target keywords.

Then send @mention tweets to them. They can read it even if they are not your followers.

You can use the tool in my sig to automate the process. It will do it for you 24\7
