How to set up an affiliate campaign for certain countries?

I'm signed up to an affiliate program, but due to the nature of it, it is limited to the UK & european countries. How would i go about setting up a marketing campaign for this, using free traffic.

I'm somewhat stumped on what to do for this 1.

    Most PPC companies allow you to geo-target your ads. You can also geo-target your URLs, so that traffic from one country goes to page A and traffic from another country to page B, and so on.
