Do or die..One last chance for newbies

Hi warriors..I have seen way too many times
the newcomers to internet marketing dipping their foot in the water thinking they will definately hit it big really quick.Especially once they first stumble upon adwords or associated advertisement on line for these "oh so simple" CPA offers..

Well i hate to disturb the waters that you have your foot partially submerged into but internet marketing is every bit as tough to do as any other offline business..

These tactics are very complex and are not for the simple hearted..All these easy tactics as explained by gurus are very sophisticated and will not be an easy task. If you as a newbie want to really make money online then here is what you really have to do...

First thing is first you must decide what niche you want to be associated with ,And im not talking for your first round of IM..I am talking about what niche you want to get into permanently and this is the mind set you need to meet your first set of goals...

Then you need not have the mind set that you are going to get rich any time soon but rather establish friends and followers online while building a list with these contacts...

Forget about getting rich !! Just go with the flow for 1-2 years establishing yourself and your list merely giving away free ebooks perhaps..Once this 1-2 year term has passed ,At that time and that time only you will have all the information you need to decide whether or not Internet Marketing is for you or if you can be successful in the im niche......

The Biggest mistakes most newbies make....
The biggest mistakes newbies always make one newbie after another is ,They tend to jump around .For example, The novice will begin in the "Diet" niche..And after 6 weeks say to themselves" you know what " The "Diet" niche is way too hard and expensive ,I will never get rich doing this here,Then they will switch over to something else like "acaii berry " and once again a few weeks goes by and .....Change again....

The real truth is ,You really need to decide up front what niche is best suited for you.Once you make that decision then you can target that niche for months to come..Your best honest to goodness method to begin with for your niche is social media and building a list that way.....Starting off in adwords is definately suicidal and your chances of survival are absolutely very small if you take the adwords road....

Absolutely you need a foundation and then it gets easier to build from there. It took me about 3 years to even figure out what was going to work for me, and then another 2 years to reach a point where I could quit my day job.

I agree with most of what you say, and having a niche is important but then i also have a few sites with a mixture of articles and content that also work well. The key is to be persistent and believe that you can succeed and set yourself a long term goal to expect your site not to reach it's potential for upto 3 years, that way you'll keep working at it.

Sharing ideas is good but not using paragraphs is just awful. Did you do that on purpose?

I completely agree! It's much better taking the time to think about what you're interested in and researching whether or not it's also a buyers market - that way when time goes on and it gets tough you still have an interest in what you're doing and more importantly can bring your skills to the table to help others who struggle where you excel for a better chance at making an income.

Just because you can't physically see or touch the business (like brick and mortar stuff) doesn't mean it's any easier in terms of investing time in education and building the business itself.

Thanks for your advised, I've been looking around for the last two plus years to start something online. I found that IM and how to makes money online need skills etc. The other thing is there are too many information and promises available everywhere.. This contributes to niche hopping, idea changing and spinning for the Newbies.

Some good stuff here. Yes it's tough to make money online.

Best advice I have for newbies - establish one really top notch website. It doesn't have to make money, but you need to aim for a lot of traffic and establish your online reputation. My personal website gets around half a million hits a year. That's a nice bedrock to launch all kinds of other ventures.
