Curious:

a) Do you like what you are doing (and what exactly would that be)
b) And have you seen a correlation with how much you make depends on how much you like what you are doing?

    I think you are going to get an assortment of answers to this question. In my personal case, I love to write, I love to learn about new things, and I love having the flexibility of setting my own time and work schedule. Am I rich? No. But do I make enough to live on? Yes.

    I think it is subject to a lot of things. When I was a Journalist, I loved what I was doing, I loved writing, covering current events, and so on. Was I making lots of money? NO. You only get to make lots of money in the media when you work for the national network, not necessarily a local affiliate. On that same note, when writing for a newspaper, unless you have been around for years, have a Pulitzer or two under your name, you will not see the big bucks.

    The difference between the two? I call the shots NOW. So, I am happy!
