Have you had success with wp mu blogs?

Hi,
I've worked really hard at creating content for about 10 wordpress multi-user blogs. I posted 3-4 articles/blog and added links to my blogger.

However, I having very poor results...
What am I doing wrong? do I need more blogs to get more traffic to my blogger?

I haven't tried this, honestly, but just to let you know, Blogger blogs are very volatile. Not to sound like Chicken Little ("the sky is falling!"), but you might lose them at any time. Be very careful if you're using them as your main way of doing business.

Well first you have to figure out what your actual goal is.

You have 10 Wordpress MU blogs. Do they get any traffic?
Are you expecting for visitors of the Wp-MU blogs to click the links and go to your Blogger?

Or was the idea to build links, increase the search engine rank of your Blogger, and get visitors that way?

If it was the former, then ensure that your Wordpress MU blogs have traffic, have a decent bounce rate, and that the article makes the link compelling enough to click. Not only that but be bold about what you want them to do. Make your links prominent.

If it was the second, remember that Google will only count 1 link to a site per page. If all your articles appear on the main page of a blog, and you have a few links to your Blogger, only 1 will count. And the first anchor-text will be the one that will be credited.
Build links to your Wordpress MU blogs because if they do not have sufficient authority, no matter how many links you have on your Wordpress-MU blogs they will not count for much.

As Zabrina said, watch out for Blogger. They aren't too fond of marketing.
