My NEW Blog is a PR3 after just 1 Week? WTF???

Ok, I just noticed on my google toolbar that my new blog at www.imlabs.org has a pagerank of 3. Could this be real?

I just purchased the domain name back in December of '09 I think, and initially used it for a meetup group to a couple of months, but it's been just sitting idle since then. I decided that since I wanted to start a blog about Internet Marketing I might as well use that domain name. That was just about a week ago, and now I have a page rank of 3. Is it real? Does page rank even mean anything anymore?

Anybody ideas?

    I sure hope it means something. I've been working really hard to build mine. I think it has something to do with the amount of traffic within a set amount of time but I'm not sure.
