What's the recommended number of posts, day-week, for a new bolg?

    I like to book up every day ones for two weeks, then drop back to three a week

      I try to stick to two posts a day per blog.. it doesn't always happen but I am pretty strict with it and I do stick to it most of the time..

      This frequency is serving me well across many blogs right now

    It totally depends on your level of commitment in the long run. As rule of thumb we like to post twice a week on blogs we manage. This pings the search engines 2x a week and keeps the blogs high in SERP.

    On AtlantaRealEstateForum.com we post minimally 3 times a day. The site is crawled hundreds of times a day by Google and the search engine expects to see fresh content. We stay on page one for our key phrase this way too.

    Nothing is worse than starting a blog with a post a day and then abandoning it. So they question really is, how much are you willing to post?
