Recommendation for article writing AND submission service?

INTERNET MARKETING

Can anyone recommend a service that would write articles as well as submit them for me?
Essentially articles would be produced for a set of keywords, I'd review them and then the same person would post them a number of article websites

Gian Sim used to offer this but I gather they've stopped the submission service.
