Dedicated servers from serverpronto.com are about the best deal you can find. They are priced low and have great stability. I had one through them for about 3 years. I recently purchased a cloud server setup from 1and1.com which is also real good. The only thing I don't care for is their account control panel is extremely slow. This has no effect on the service itself but it can take a while to do simple account management tasks. I'd recommend them even with that issue.
