German authority wordpress site ?
A friend wants to make authority site using wordpress, self hosted ( as blogger was too simple and not enough design)
1 does anyone have any advice with the cheapest german hosting /domain company to use for wordpress
2 if get an outsourcer to build SEO or traffic the typical ways, and design the site, will that be a good idea? or will germany have specific rules for this
3 does anyone have any tips for promoting/making a german authority site? she is an expert on astrology, her business will be local ( in germany)
4 affiliate banners - should these be german google adsense or not?
