Physical Information Product Help Needed!

Hi Guys

I've finally registered as a member, I've been coming on this forum for about a year and just love it! Its brilliant how people help each other out and I have learned so much from this forum!

I've just finished a physical information product that I intend to sell as a manual.

Can anyone help me with the following:

1) How do I go about formatting it? I created it in word and although all the content is there.. its very messy and needs to be tidied up/proof read.. do any members offer a formating/proof reading service? Is it something that I should outsource on elance? Not really too keen on elance because I've had some bad experiences!

2) Once its been formatted, where is the best place to go to get it printed? Local printers? I know there is US company that offers a fullfillment service where they print and ship, are there any UK companies that offer this?

I will also need to get some audio and software on discs to go with the manual

3) The product will be sold for around £197, any recommendations on the best payment processing account to use?
