I have used this system, and most of the time, it works out well.

The secret is to have great outsourcing folks to work with that are dependable.

Good folks are hard to find, and that is the problem.

So start slow and ramp up as you find niches that you can handle.

Yes this is doable and I'm sure it will earn lot's of money. When I was first starting out I thought of this idea though it's a little bit time consuming. So I went with the information biz. Anyway, I would highly suggest anyone if you don't like other opportunity then try this one.

More people should be doing this!... But alas, they won't. I bet out of all the people that read this thread, less than 5% will apply it, but it's absolutely brilliant and VERY simple. You can even outsource someone to go through craigslist and contact companies for you offering up the service.

Most people here have an employee mindset instead of an employer mindset. Switch your thinking and doing this stuff becomes 10x easier.

If you plan to run a BUSINESS I would suggest cleaning up the grammar.

Good post, Great inspiration, "Easy to start business-model".

I think, a lot of newbies - would look forward to your video or a pdf.

If you are a good "broker/middelman", you can scale this oppertunity up to a very good income stream or a full time living.

My advice;

1) Find great customers, that are easy to serve and PAY.
2) Deliver your services as PROMISED.
3) Find people, that know their STUFF, when you make a subcontract to them.( WARRIORS )
4) Set the right price, external business world has much higher revenue, than online world.

Here are some business-models to build on;

1) Start a small business with web-side design and web-site maintenance.

2) Get some customers. Get a respected warrior as subcontractor. Dont use cheap people. You are dealing with external customers, that DEMANDS value for money.

3A) Scale it up to making 100 dollars a day and outsource your complete business and make a good profit in your armchair.

3B) Continue to build this one business-model and make 200 D a day and go on.

3C) Flip the entire business, when you do 100 D. a day on a decent flipsite.

3D) Start building a new line of business, while you keep web-design business running.
FX. social bokmarking to external clients.

I have done it for several clients, and just one fee from one external client, paid my Bookmark demon and taxes in Denmark. Every other bookmark, that a make to ext. clients or a my minisites are either free or a complete revenue.

well i think it`s a great idea. so the next step is this:

register for a freelance site and offer your services.

then register to another freelance site and ask for people to do your job.

this might work well. if you calculate your revenue correctly. you will be amazed how people spending their day in one freelance site and never bother to check the others...

While this is a really fast way to make money and I highly recommend it, scaling it into its own business is tedious. Try to use outsourcing as a way to get income to build auto-pilot income streams like affiliate sites, blogs, review sites, etc. Anything really.

In other words use the money you make doing work and providing a service to fund income that requires NO work. i.e. Adsense sites (push a site live + send traffic = passive $ no orders to fill and no customer support).

That's an excellent tip Andrew, thank you. Though I will not be scaling this to the point where I have dozens of "workers" simply because I like to do things myself (it makes me feel more involved). Not to mention I have a couple of other projects I look forward to starting this summer break

This is so strange that I came across this post today. I am currently in the process right now of testing out different freelancers. My situation is probably like a lot of others on the forum. I work a "regular" job during the day and do my IM gig after work. I have been doing IM for about a year. Around the first of this year I "found my niche" in an IM service and have done quite well. The problem is, I will never grow my business because of time restraints. So, here is where I am at:

Say I have a service that sells for $199.99. Since I do everything myself, I profit right around $190 per service sold. When I first started getting clients, I could take on 3-5 clients per week. Pretty good for a part time gig huh? The problem starting coming though as I added clients, I had more emails to answer, repeat customers (who all want fast turnaround), as well as referals. So now Im down to taking on 2 clients per week, sometimes 3 if my weekend is free as I never want to over extend myself.

I can outsource all of the work for around $70 per service offered so I would still be profiting $120 but here is the catch. Once I find "my team" of outsurcers, I should be able to do 2-3 per DAY. Probably more like 5-6 actually but I want to slowly ramp up.

As stated earlier, I am now testing out prospected freelancers. There are 3 facets of my business that I need to outsource. I would love to find 3 per facet. I have found 2 right now that I am excited about (here on the Warrior Forum actually). So I am slowly getting everything together.

I am big on customer service and really enjoy helping my clients and answering questions, so I want to keep that workload for me and outsource the rest.

I REALLY believe to be successful using this model that you MUST know how to do everything that you are outsourcing yourself. Here is why. If I have a client that has an issue that will take me 2-3 minutes to fix, I will do it myself without having to wait for my outsourcer (who is probably in bed due to the time difference) to fix it. That way, I fix it, respond to the email and have a happy client. If you have no clue on how to do what you outsource, that could be a recipe for disaster.

Just my 2 cents.

Hi, I would suggest getting an account with Paypal. As to your second question, I would not even mention that I am outsourcing the work. I would prefer you get paid in full upfront from the client first, and then pay the "supplier" half of the agreed price upfront to insure that he/she gets the job done.

That's Great!, I would suggest to ramp things up slowly, we do have personal lives and in some cases a full time job. I find your last paragraph to absolutely correct but in many cases not required (unless your outsourcing something you are completely unaware of...graphics..etc)

Wow, this thread reminds me of the very first IM product I ever purchased- I think it was called "Instant Internet Income" or something like that. In this DVD (yes, that's right, it was a snail-mailed DVD) the author talked about being an 'Internet Deal Broker'; finding buyers and matching them up with appropriate sellers then watching the profits roll in.

At the time I didn't understand it (I was only 13 or 14 I think) but after having read this thread I guess I get exactly what the guy was on about. Perhaps I'll have to give this a try.

Outsourcing really does seem to be one of the most powerful ways to get ahead. Here's a little bit of maths I've done with my own statistics to show how outsourcing "menial" tasks like article writing etc can also be used to make you a lot of cash, rather quickly.
- My average earnings per 250-400 word article I write is $13 USD (calculated this over the last couple of years)
- I can write 3 or 4 articles like this a day before going insane. However, there are plenty of writers out there who will research and write a 250-400 word article for $6-7. Take a look around the WSO forum, Warriors for Hire etc. Or even DP forums.
- Outsource the article writing, and I'm still making $6-7 per article. But I could have 10 writers, each writing 10 articles a day meaning a theoretical profit of $600-700. Of course economics teaches us that you will reach a point of Diminishing Marginal Returns, where your extra input of work provides a decreasing rate of return, but the theory is solid.
- I can then spend my day doing things that interest me more, such as product creation.

If they refuse to pay in full upfront, I would suggest to them to put a half payment in order to get the job started. Once they get their services completed, and are satisfied, that's when you will then request the rest of the payment.

Great advice UFG. I totally agree that this is really good information for people who are just starting out on earning money online. It is even greater news to note that there are people like you who have been at it for some time and it has been working alright.

I am also relatively new in making money online and one thing i have learnt is to always strive to outsource from credible and reliable freelancers, hard as this may be. I imagine this is very important when applying UFG's strategy.

This is a very good business guide but the major challenge lies in the hand of supplier who must supply quality product at expected time. Also the customer must have ability to pay promptly for the service render, so that one will not disappoint the supplier. If supplier and customer could meet up, the deal is good .

Great idea for getting started. Like many on the forum, I had a difficult time focusing on ONE specific thing to target. So I floundered by chasing every new system or approach... you know the new get rich secret of the week. The result was INACTION.

When I stumbled across an idea similar to yours in a mail order book, I decided to recraft it for use on the internet. That brought me my first 'net income. It was small but significant because I started to really believe web-based income was possible.

Since then I have used the same concept for small and larger deals.

For larger deals where larger sums are involved and there is no history on either side to build the trust required, I have used Escrow.com to put my buyers at ease. For sure, the service costs money but has been worth it.

Bottom Line: Great idea. Start small and work your way up the chain. Use PayPal for payments to give your new clients a sense of comfort.

I must say that managing people in this way can really work well. The key is to find the right people to do the work first, then ultimately close sales and then make it all happen.

I would build a mindmap for a business model of what services you'd be offering and then take massive amounts of action to put the puzzle together.

This does remind me of when I first decided to do something online. I bought a website domain name with a simple website and webform built in that allowed me to grab data from people who wanted a website created. I could either create the site myself or at the time use elance to get the work done. This was back about 10 years ago. I still have the domain and website ( Get Your Website Now) which I think is a great website.
