Physical product (Audio CD set) + Billing + Shipping >> Is there an one stop solution

We have created an audiobook consisting of 5 parts that we would like to sell online as a physical product (a 5-CD set).

We've been trying to find a company that takes care of everything - billing, CD-on-demand, shipping and affiliate system. Otherwise put, we're looking for a company that is both a payment processor and a fulfillment company. It would be ideal if the company could ship to both the US and Europe.

We found Plimus.com here in Europe, but what is weird is that they don't burn audio CDs. They only produce so-called "backup CDs" (they're used manly by people who sell software), so all they can offer is an mp3 burnt onto a CD.

If you've been working with such companies, perhaps you could please help us. What was your experience with their services?

Thanks in advance!

Don't know an all in one company that does all those, but do know to use Kunaki for on demand cd printing and shipping, an integration script like discmojo for direct to paypal or discbuddy to integrate with affiliate software.

Ok, so so far there are no all-in-one services...

      Such a pity...

I would start such a company if I had the money and the knowledge .

Give the guys at Premium Web Cart a call as they
have a division that does this called Premium Web Services.

CD / DVD / Print on demand and even your own physical
products can be warehoused and shipped on a per
        order basis.

There is even a specific fulfillment module in their software
that manages all your fulfillment orders separately from
your non-fulfillment orders (i.e. digital products).

You can even designate multiple fulfillment services and
have it all managed on a product by product basis i.e.

Product A - Fulfilled by ABC company

Product B - Fulfilled by XYZ Company

So you really have your choice to use their software
with their fulfillment / product creation services or use them in combination with other 3rd party companys or simply use thier
software exclusively with other fulfillment companys.

Either way, the software makes it 100% automated for
you with a closed look communication and tracking
        path.

    Hi,

If you were to say you had five books, I know the solution. For 5 audio CD's I think the closest one would be www.CreateSpace.com for what you're looking to do. I use their platform for my book publishing and they've been fantastic.

One advantage of CreateSpace is getting listed on Amazon immediately. Again, for CD's it might not be perfect, but give it a look, you could always go the digital download route with them and achieve what you are after.

    I hope this helps!

I posted something similar a couple months ago as I was trying to find solutions for my offline product.

Here's a link to my Threads:

        http://www.warriorforum.com/copywrit...dy-course.html
        http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...dy-course.html

I believe at the time somebody suggested that a company called Vervante could do it all.

In the end I decided to put the packages together myself because it was much cheaper for me that way. The end result was very slick and we've sold about 30 so far. See the picture below and I'll explain how I did it.

        - CDs: I had CD printing and duplication done locally. I ended up paying something like $1 dollar per disc. (7 audio and 1 DVD per package)
        - Course Manual: I picked up binders from Sam's Club and I can't remember the price (best deal I could find)
        - 6 Audio Disc CD Case: I ordered this online from Sunrise Packaging
        - 1 Software Disc CD Case with Enclosure for 5.5 X 8.5 mini guide: Sunshine Packaging
        - 1 DVD Case: Polyline Corp.

You might consider going this route until you've got a significant sales volume. It will save you money and it will allow you to make sure that the product is created and presented exactly as you intended.

        Best of luck to you!

Nanacast or Mixiv (white label) will manage
your membership and connect a merchant
          account through Authorize.net.

They have full integration with all of the
fulfillment services mentioned in this thread.

Vervante an Disk.com are your best bets
as you have a multidisc set and Kunaki
works best with single disc orders (IMO).

          So, in other words:

          1) You get the product set up with POD vendor
          2) You get a merchant account.Authorize.net account
          3) You use Nanacast/Mixiv to handle transactions, memberships
          affilates, etc.

          Make sense?

Has anyone integrated Kunaki with Wordpress? I'd like to add DVD purchase pages to my Wordpress blog -- with members placing the order on my site (which is then sent to Kunaki for fulfillment). It's surprising that there is no Wordpress/Kunaki plugin.

I understand that DiscMojo and DiscBuddy are options -- are they the best options? Do they work with Wordpress?
