How Do You Manage Multiple Niches?

Hi

I"m wondering how to manage all the niche sites if I promote many different affiliate products. For example, if I want to site up niche sites to promote 30 different products on Clickbank, how do I manage it so that the sites continue to make money?

30 sites is quite a lot for me to manage.. and I know there are marketers with 100s of sites.. just how do you guys do it? Please share some tips.

    outsourcing - pay 5$ per article for directory submission, pay 10$ per on-site article. with 30 pages you can manually submit and bookmark all content (if you do it fulltime), else you have to pay a submission and linkbuilding company. then slowly sort out the pages that cant support themselves, and keep on adding new ones. if you do it long enough, you have several dozen "winners" who support themselves and the overhead is your income

    You figure 20% of the sites are producing 80% of the revenue, so even though they have many sites, they are not spending equal time on building all of them.

    Systems and automation.

    You need to have a checklist or cheat sheet stuck to the front of a folder per niche/ website. Tick it.

    Get other people or automated systems doing the heavy lifiing while you project manage.

    Do only the right things and do not do anything outside the core strategy.

      I agree.

      If you only plan on being a one man show, then pick only a niche or 2.

      ...In fact, it gets tougher to leverage PERIOD being in more than 1 niche.
