How to search for Article Out-Sourcer?

Hey everyone,

Another newbie question (sorry if it's been asked)...

What sort of things should I be asking for when searching for an outsourced article writer?

    Some good things to know about your article outsourcer are:

    --How much experience they have
    --Their rate and turnaround time
    --If they have quality guarantees/refund policies
    --Who else has used their services and liked it (testimonials)
    --Are the articles guaranteed to be unique or are they rewritten PLR

    Be prepared to provide them with info, too.

    --Your niche and subniche, if applicable
    --Who you're trying to reach, and where/why
    --Topic or title ideas that you have
    --Keywords you need included
    --Whether you'd prefer it to be "linkbait" with stuffed keywords or naturally-written (are you targeting search engines or visitors?)

    And be ready to pay 50% or 100% upfront. Many article writers ask for that, including me, because we get clients that order articles and don't pay up. If we ask for a deposit upfront, we're not trying to offend you -- we're trying to be safe, rather than sorry.

    There are only 3 things you need when you're outsourcing.
    First, ask samples, portfolio and client references.
