What does it take to become a moderator at WF?

Just out of curiosity,

How did the moderators become moderators.

Did Allen invinte them all or were they really awesome forum members?

EDIT: Would any moderator like to jump in a participate

  The best way to use the Warrior forum is to contribute and report only where there's no other solution that a member can do onto another member to rectify the problem. I hope you're using the tools provided properly.

I can't even begin to imagine the amount of time it takes to be a supermod here. That has to require a real dedication to the "job," and a good level head to be able to suffer the slings and arrows these folks take.
