Warriors "What Do You Think about this"?

I am having a hard time with this seller, I have asked for a refund and this was his comment. (It's not what you think) So I'm asking the Warriors for their advice. Would you please read this email and tell me what you think it means and where do you think I stand on it. I am withholding the seller's name, I don't want to hurt his reputation but if he doesn't come around, should I let the public know he's not standing behind his word? I have never had any problems out of a seller until now. Your advice is very much appreciated.

Copy of email from Mr. ???? On 7/7/2008 below:

If you'll read what I'm handing you on a platter, you should
be very excited guys. Me promoting your product alone can
make you several times your purchase price.

If you want a refund and want to hop to something else,
that is no problem at all, but keep in mind where that
has gotten you to date.

I'm offering personal expert help, if that's not what you need,
then maybe this isn't for you.

Talk soon,
????

Is this seller not telling me that I can have a refund, that's no problem if that's what I want? I ask for it and now he refuse to give it and he had a money-back gurantee on in his sales material. Your thoughts would be very much appreciated.

Thank you for your time and help.

He has stated that a refund is no problem. Email him back and tell him you want your refund. If you don't get it within the next few days, place a refund request with whomever you paid. (ie. Paypal, Clickbank, Credit Card Company, etc.) Problem solved.

The forum has rules against specifically naming people who you have a dispute with. WHich is generally a good thing because people could ruin other people's reputations out of spite and it would turn into a big name calling freeforall.

I think the email is kind of pathetic, they're trying to talk you into NOT asking for a refund - but they do say it will be no problem. So just send another email right away, saying "I want the refund that you state that you provided" and hopefully this person will honor their word.
